    Irene Sheri Biography:
Irene Sheri was born in Ukraine in 1968 to a Bulgarian mother and French father. She grew up in the city of Odessa where cultures freely mixed, allowing her to explore various types of art styles and methods without boundaries. She knew she would be an artist at a young age. She graduated valedictorian from the prestigious Saint Petersburg Academy of Art after several years of artistic training. Irene found inspiration with many Impressionist and Post-Impressionist artists like Chagall, Picasso, Goya, Cezanne, and Matisse.

Her paintings express her love of life, a tribute to the wonder and beauty around her. Sheri's talent and style were recognized in 2001 when she was awarded Russia's highest artistic honor, the "State Award for Outstanding Achievement in Art", naming her as the "Best and Brightest" young artist in Russia.
