Lena Guavo creates stunning abstract, contemporary oil paintings layers of color and texture.  Furthermore, her compositions enhance any space for their large-scale and intense color palette.  Guavo strategically places colors with a pallet knife and brush to improve highlighted areas, and diverse shapes throughout each composition.  As a result, her paintings illuminate several surrounding colors to enhance any design elements introduced in multiple interiors.

Lena Guavo was born in Shanghai.  With this, she was able to take inspiration from both cultures and apply this knowledge to her abstract paintings.  She began her art studies by attending Jilin Art School in China.  Here is where she explored oil painting and favored her style of abstract painting.  Furthermore, her artwork is in galleries in Shanghai, Beijing, South Korea, Japan, and United States.
